She thoroughly looked at every home we were interested in and took us through on zoom with plenty of videos and pictures. She was always there for us through text and phone call, and truly worked around the clock for us. She was very open, upfront, and said she wouldn’t want us living anywhere she herself wouldn’t want to live! Selling and buying a home can be stressful! I previously tried to sell my home through an agent I knew personally, however, that agent switched companies. Someone suggested I use Tiffany Crosby, a new agent. I took a leap of faith, and contacted her. Having Tiffany Crosby in my corner, made the process less stressful. She had my home under contract in two days, and with an offer I did not think was possible! Closing was smooth, and there were no issues.

Tiffany found the perfect home for us. It checked all the boxes of what I was looking for. She was with me every step of the way, and then some. I could not attend the inspections, however, she stepped in. Although my new home did not need major repairs, she ensured all items, other than cosmetic changes, were included in the repair addendum. Tiffany is very detail oriented, and caught errors the sellers realtor made. After the sellers made the repairs, she went with me for the final walk through inspection two days before closing, and noted items that weren’t repaired correctly. These were very minor repairs I didn’t notice weren’t fixed properly. She dug her heels in and fought for me! The other agent thought the minor things were “petty”. Tiffany did not back down, and the “petty” items were repaired the following day. She also had the home inspector come back out at the sellers expense, to make sure EVERYTHING was repaired correctly.

From day one of her being my agent, she told me, “Don’t worry about anything, I work for you and everything will be fine.” And it was. I moved into my new home, and have no buyers remorse, and no hidden issues to deal with.

Tiffany is dedicated to her sellers and buyers. Your best interest is her focus. If you want an agent that will represent you, be there to answer questions during the day, at night and weekends, she’s the woman you want. Especially, if you want an agent that will make sure things get done, Tiffany will make it happen!

I tried to sell my home before, and that agent told me I needed to do XYZ, in order to make it more appealing to buyers. I took it off the market for a while to make those cosmetic changes and poured thousands of dollars into paint and lighting upgrades, etc. Tiffany told me I should not have been directed to do that, because people will choose their own paint colors and light fixtures, and she was right! The buyers of my old home changed every light fixture and repainted every wall, to make it THEIR home.

I wish I had Tiffany as my agent the first time. She’s a straight shooter, who will not treat you like, just another listing, or just another buyer. She is invested in what’s best for you! And she will follow through…she’s always in your corner.

Genuinely wants her clients to be happy and get what they want. Willing to fight to make sure that happens. Super helpful and her vision for spaces and decorating is something most agents can’t offer. All around amazing person and great experience working with her.
